Detaching the display
The display can be detached quite easily. First you have to loosen two little screws on the back side (not on the down side!). Then you have to open the display as far as possible. Afterwards you can carefully prise the upper part of the chassis (the one with the small LC display). Finally it should look like this:

The four marked screw belong to the keyboard and have no meaning for this step.
To detach the display you have to loosen four screws on the hinges and disconnect the display. The connector can be easily disconnected - it is only put on. After unscrewing of the four screws, the display can be simply removed.

Opening the display
To open the display you have to loosen four screws which are in the display's corners. They are usually covered by little round patches. One have to remove them first, for example with a cutter. The are affixed to the display.

Now the display is hold together only by latches. One can separate the upper frame and the lower hull with a screwdriver. One has to be carefull not to damage the delicate display. The latches' position is shown on the next picture.

Now the display lies open. At the bottom, there is a small controller board with the high current transformer. The board has two screws which connect it with the panel and is partialy wrap in a silver foil. One has to unwrap it first to see both screws.

To detach the diplay completely one has to loosen four other screws near the hinges. On the upper egde the LCD is also wrapped into the same foil as the controller board on the bottom. One has to unwrap it as well. Now the LCD can be taken out of the hull.
Opening the notebook
After the display has been removed one can disassembly the rest of the notebook. First one has to remove the keyboard. The keyboard is held by four screws on the upper edge. It is connected to the main board by a ribbon cable. Don't fold it! To disconnect the cable turn the keybord over, over the upper edge and lay it face-down. To loosen the clamps on the cable's socket push them up a little bit. The cable should now be free.

There are three socket for ribbon cable on the mainboard.
- For the keyboard (the one which has been loosen);
- for the small LC display on the upper side;
- for the buttons and devices on the chassis (One-Touch-Buttons, loudspeaker, etc.).
All three connectors must be disconnected.

After disconnecting all cables one can open the chassis. It is held by six screws on the upper side and four screws on the lower side.

Now the chassis top cover can be removed. Below you can see the mainboard. If you're interested in the mainboard's chips, here are some pictures:
